On April 12, 2023, the delegation from Mongolia visited the National Election Commission(NEC) of the Republic of Korea for a study on the political fund system on the sidelines of its visit to the Supreme Court. Chief Legal Advisor to the Standing Committee of Legal Affairs of the Mongolian Parliament, Chief Legal Advisor to the Mongolian Supreme Court, Director of the Constitutional Law Institute of the National University of Mongolia, and Executive Director and Manager of Open Society Forum were included in the delegation. 

The delegation had a meeting with the Director General of the Elections Department II, the Director of the Overseas Elections Division, and Deputy Directors of the Planning & Finance Division and Political Funds Investigation Division, and had a fruitful discussion about the independence of the NEC, procedure for registration of political parties, and oversight of political funds. Also, the NEC introduced the overseas elections system of Korea. After the meeting, the delegation visited the Election Promotion Center and participated in a demonstration of election equipment including a ballot paper printer.
