The revised Public Official Election Act was promulgated on February16, 2022, regarding voting hours on March 9 to let voters afflicted with COVID-19 to vote in the presidential election and by-elections.

The voters afflicted with COVID-19 and those with under quarantine will be allowed to vote from 18:00 to       

19:30. However, infected voters and voters under quarantine who have mobility difficulties and reside in agricultural, mountainous or fishing villages can vote before 18:00 with the permission from the public health center within the district.
