Who are the foreign absentees?
A person who intends to vote in a foreign country as a Korean citizen aged 18 or older who is registered as a resident
* Resident officer, boss, international student, etc
* Even those who were born on April 11, 2006
Overseas absentees must report every election!
You have to report overseas absentees from November 12, 2023 to February 10, 2024!
✔ A person who leaves the country before the commencement date of the early voting period and is scheduled to return home after the election day
✔ A person who stays or resides in a foreign country and does not return home until Election Day
to report simple and quickly report to the Internet (ova.nec.go.kr)
